Wellbeing Book

This conceptual book cover explores the theme of burnout, recovery, and the subtle strength of personal support systems. The illustration was designed to express these themes in an abstract, poetic manner. A bird represents the individual, surrounded by eleven flowers that symbolize pillars of support. Rather than depicting literal sources of support, the visual language remains intentionally open and personal—recognizing that everyone's support system is unique and deeply individual.

Within the bird, three pearls represent core inner values—something revealed more deeply through the book’s content. The color palette is soft and tranquil, chosen to evoke a sense of calm and wellbeing. The illustration process began with cut colored paper sketches and was finalized through hand-drawing, balancing tactile warmth with refined execution.

The overall design embraces spaciousness and quiet elegance—reflecting the mental clarity and breathing room one seeks during burnout recovery. Typography plays a central role alongside the illustration: carefully selected to feel serene, yet modern and engaging. The composition on the cover is slightly bottom-weighted, creating a subtle sense of dynamic tension while maintaining visual harmony and drawing the viewer in.
